Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Dwano Travel ("we") collects on dwanotravel.com, why we use it and your choices.

1. Data we collect

• Booking details: guest names, email, phone number, nationality, children's ages, travel dates, special requests and booking history.
• Account details: if you register, your name, email and password (stored encrypted).
• Payment: card payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card number.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

2. How we use it

• To search availability, make and manage your bookings with hotels and accommodation suppliers.
• To send confirmations, invoices and service messages by email or WhatsApp.
• To handle payments, cancellations, refunds and customer support.
• To prevent fraud and keep the website secure.
• With your consent, to measure and improve our advertising (see section 4).

3. Who we share it with

• The hotel and the accommodation supplier that provide your booking (names and booking details only).
• Our payment provider, email provider and hosting provider, who process data on our behalf.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) for advertising measurement, only if you accept cookies (see section 4).
• Authorities when required by law.

We never sell your personal data.

4. Advertising and Meta Pixel

If you click Accept on our cookie banner, we use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and show you relevant hotel ads. This may include the pages and hotels you view, searches, and booking events. For bookings, your email, phone and name may be sent to Meta in hashed (encrypted) form so the booking can be matched to an ad. If you click Decline, none of this is sent. You can change your choice at any time by clearing cookies for our site, and you can manage ad settings in your Facebook/Instagram account.

5. How long we keep data

We keep booking and invoice records for as long as needed for the service and for legal and accounting obligations. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete your account.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use for marketing. Contact us at Hello@dwano.com. We may need to keep some data where the law requires it.

7. Security

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access to personal data is limited to staff and providers who need it.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the latest version is always on this page.
