Terms of Use
These Terms of Use apply to everyone who uses dwanotravel.com ("Dwano Travel", "we", "us") or makes a booking through it. By using the website or making a booking you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Our service
Dwano Travel is an online travel agency. We show hotel rooms and rates supplied by hotels and by our accommodation suppliers, and we make the booking on your behalf. The accommodation itself is provided by the hotel, which is responsible for the stay.
2. Using the website
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
- All information you provide (names, email, phone, nationality, children's ages) must be true and complete. Guest names must match the identity documents presented at check-in.
- You may book for yourself or for other people you are authorised to act for, and you must share these terms and the booking conditions with them.
- Speculative, false or fraudulent bookings, and automated access to the website (bots, scrapers), are not allowed.
3. Prices and availability
- Prices and availability are shown live and may change until the booking is confirmed. If the price changes before payment, we show the new price for you to accept or decline.
- The total shown at checkout is the amount you pay to us. Some hotels charge local taxes or fees (for example city or tourism tax) that are paid directly at the hotel; when we receive this information it is shown as "Payable at hotel" before you book.
- Prices are for the room type, meal plan, number of guests and dates selected. Extra services at the hotel are paid to the hotel.
4. Booking confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email with your booking reference. Please check all details and contact us immediately if anything is wrong.
5. Payment
- Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.
- Pay Later: for eligible refundable rates you may save your card and pay later. The full amount is charged automatically before the free-cancellation deadline shown in your booking. If the payment fails, we may cancel the booking.
- Promo codes are subject to their own conditions (validity, single use) and have no cash value.
6. Changes and cancellations
Each rate has its own cancellation policy, shown before you book and in your confirmation. Refundable rates can be cancelled free of charge until the stated deadline; after that, or for non-refundable rates, cancellation charges apply. 7. At the hotel
- Check-in and check-out times, deposits, ID requirements and house rules are set by the hotel.
- Special requests (bed type, adjoining rooms, early check-in) are passed to the hotel but cannot be guaranteed.
- Children's ages must be correct; the hotel may charge for children whose age differs from the booking.
8. Responsibility
We take care to show accurate information supplied by hotels and suppliers, but we are not responsible for the hotel's services or for events outside our control (force majeure). Our liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking, except where the law does not allow such a limitation.
9. Fraud and misuse
If a booking or account shows signs of fraud or misuse, we may cancel the related bookings and close the account. To dispute such a decision, please contact our customer service.
10. Intellectual property
The website content, design and data belong to Dwano Travel or its suppliers and may not be copied or resold without written permission.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
